The role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our client retention, new client onboarding, and day-to-day service activities. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, you'll ensure that client requirements are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales. • Support client retention activities by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new clients, tracking key milestones and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, providing timely and professional responses across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure client requirements are met and processes are aligned.

  • Maintain detailed records of client activity, communications, and implementation progress to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support client meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to ensure effective engagement.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or risks early, working with relevant teams to resolve and prevent service disruptions.

How you'll work
