The role
About us...
What you'll do
Operating switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.
Switchboard operators in our team create the start of an exceptional experience when guests get in touch.
How you'll work
Holiday - 20 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
Working hours - 8am-8pm - 4on/4off basis
