Based in the heart of Crawley, Arora Crawley has 432 bedrooms and an exciting selection of restaurants and bars. The hotel has a fitness centre and 13 meeting rooms that can host large conferences.

What you'll do

Commis Chefs are an integral part of our Kitchen team, and they embrace every opportunity to help contribute to creating delicious food for our guests.

  • Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards.

  • Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.

  • Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.

  • Enjoys maintaining a clean working environment.

  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.

  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.

  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
