The role

As a Senior SDR, you'll master modern sales techniques, engage with prospects across multiple channels 📞📧, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company 🖥️. Whether you're starting your career or looking to take your sales skills to the next level, this role will set you up for success 💪✨.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Engagement: Identify and connect with potential customers, with cold calling as your primary outreach channel, supported by email, LinkedIn and video messaging. 📞 🖥️ Spot buying signals and write outreach that gets decision-makers replying!!
Build Real Pipeline: Create qualified opportunities that progress, not just meetings that get booked! Commercial awareness is what we're looking for.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching and feedback to refine your techniques and hit individual and team targets.
Storytelling & Communication: Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc's value proposition effectively.
Sales Strategy: Use data to analyse your outreach, refine your approach, and improve performance.
Raise the bar: Share what works, lead by example and help newer SDRs find their feet.
