Key Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire: Oversee the service front-desk and workshop operations, building a culture of team excellence and customer satisfaction.

Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and mentoring within the service department to help your team succeed.

Drive Performance: Ensure targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and Nissan Brand Standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Maximize Profitability: Set department objectives, manage budgets, and maintain financial and operational controls to optimize department performance.

Workshop Efficiency: Manage workshop productivity, ensure smooth daily throughput, and maintain correct procedures and paperwork.

Customer Care: Handle customer queries and complaints swiftly and professionally to maintain outstanding satisfaction levels.
