The People Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an efficient, professional, and people-focused support to the business. Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, the role supports the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes are administered accurately, compliance requirements are met, and employees have a positive experience throughout their journey with the business.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours

Salary: £32,000

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, probation reviews, and leavers.
• Maintain accurate HR records, produce people data reports, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and company policies.
• Support managers and employees with HR queries and employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development activities to support talent attraction and retention.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, People projects, and continuous improvement across the business.
