The role

We are looking for Manager to join our team at Benugo Manchester University

Rate: £33,000pa

Shifts: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)

Contract: Full Time

What you'll do

Lead service from the floor to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent operations
Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support the team and resolve issues quickly
Support the General Manager in delivering operational performance across the account
Deputise for senior management when required
Identify opportunities to improve service flow, speed and overall efficiency
Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Lead by example, setting the tone for service and customer interaction
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies and procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment in line with legal and company standards
