We're looking for a professional, personable, and proactive Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you love creating great first impressions and take pride in delivering excellence every day, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact, you will represent both our business and our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service.
• Manage visitors, bookings and reception enquiries.
• Maintain high presentation standards across guest-facing areas.
• Manage reception inboxes and visitor management systems.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers and client teams.
• Support events, pop-ups and occupier engagement activities.
• Work closely with Security and follow site procedures.
• Support colleagues with training and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute ideas to improve the guest and occupier experience.
• Remain flexible and respond proactively to daily operational needs.
• Manage venue bookings in line with the booking policy and prepare reports on booking activity.
