We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front of House Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate location in London. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and secure environment. About the Role

Working alongside a dedicated receptionist, you will be responsible for managing reception and security duties, ensuring visitors receive an outstanding experience while maintaining the highest standards of site security. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for all visitors and staff.
Manage visitor arrivals, access control and sign-in procedures.
Monitor entrance points and ensure access procedures are followed.
Remain vigilant and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
Support building evacuation and incident response procedures when required.
Book visitors into the system and liaise with tenants regarding arrivals.
Assist staff, visitors and members of the public with enquiries.
Maintain a clean, presentable and professional reception area.

What we are looking for

Valid SIA Licence.
A genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Basic IT skills and confidence using workplace systems.
The ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Professional appearance and approach.
Reliable, punctual and collaborative team player.
Experience in a front-of-house, customer service or security role would be advantageous.

Desirable:

First Aid at Work qualification.
