The role
CRM Executive
At Premier Inn, great customer experiences begin long before a guest arrives at one of our hotels. Our CRM communications help inspire bookings, build loyalty and keep our customers engaged with a brand they know and trust.
We have just migrated to a new well known CRM system, and we're looking for a CRM Executive to help us make the most of our new platform.
Join Premier Inn and help develop the communications that will power our future success.
What you'll do
You'll create and manage engaging customer journeys from initial concept through to delivery. You'll be comfortable working with data and insight, and be able to identify the right audiences, understand the customer behaviours we want to influence and develop targeted communications which drive engagement, through to conversion and loyalty.
This is a hands-on role where you'll build, launch and optimise campaigns, monitor how they perform and apply the learning to future activity. You'll also check that communications display correctly across different devices and email environments, are configured effectively and can be accurately tracked and reported.
Having a practical understanding of HTML and CSS is required, but you don't need to be a developer. You should be comfortable carrying out checks, investigating issues and clearly explaining technical problems to solve them with developers when additional support is required. You will deliver relevant, personalised communications across email, push and SMS.
