We're looking for professional, safety-conscious and customer-focused Bus and Coach Drivers to join our friendly team in Ardrishaig. The Role

As a Bus and Coach Driver, you will

• Safely operate buses and coaches on local service routes and coach work
• Deliver a safe, comfortable and welcoming journey for every passenger
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers in a professional and helpful manner
• Help passengers reach their destinations safely and on time
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability and professionalism
• Represent West Coast Motors positively through your driving standards, appearance and customer care

What you'll need

• A valid PCV licence with Category D entitlement
• A digital tachograph card
• A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A patient, helpful and considerate manner
• The flexibility to undertake different routes and duties
• The ability to work responsibly without close supervision
• The right to work in the UK
• To live in Ardrishaig or the surrounding area, or be willing to relocate, with accommodation available for suitable candidates
