Site Administrator

VolkerFitzpatrick offers a range and depth of civil engineering, infrastructure and building services. We contribute to vital parts of the nation's life through projects of strategic importance, while delivering those less visible, yet essential, works required by both private and public sectors. We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our project team at Brize Norton.

Reporting into the project administration function, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy construction site, ensuring that administrative processes and project documentation are managed efficiently and accurately.

• Experience in a similar administrative or site-based administration role.
• At least four GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A positive, proactive approach to work and a willingness to support colleagues across the project team.
