We're looking for a Finance Clerk (Accounts Receivable) to join our Central Finance team at our Hoddesdon Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Finance / Accounts Receivable experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

As part of our Shared Service Centre, you'll play a key role in supporting Group companies with the production of sales ledger invoices, credit notes and cash collection activities, helping to ensure efficient financial operations across the business.

• Producing accurate and timely sales ledger invoices and credit notes
• Supporting cash collection and maintaining customer accounts
• Ensuring workflow documentation is correctly maintained and recorded
• Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the accurate application of VAT and Domestic Reverse Charge (DRC) requirements in collaboration with the Tax team
• Investigating and escalating system issues where required
• Preparing KPI information and management data for Finance teams
• Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Providing transaction analysis and supporting documentation for VAT and Tax reviews
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function

This role is a site based role at our Hoddesdon office, Part time (job share) - Thursday and Friday (14 hours per week)
