What You'll Do
· Deliver confident personalised customer service and product advice
· Learn to adjust frames, assist with fittings, and carry out minor repairs
· Support pre-screening eye tests using the latest optical technology
· Keep the store running smoothly with admin and support tasks

About Vision Express
Vision Express is an optical retailer providing eyecare and eyewear, offering eye tests, prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses both online and through its store network. The company has grown from a single store in 1988 to over 590 stores in the UK, Ireland and Jersey.
Its product range spans designer and exclusive eyewear brands, contact lenses, AI glasses such as Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta, and Nuance Audio hearing glasses, alongside services including advanced eye tests, OCT 3D eye scans and contact lens appointments. The company also operates manufacturing and lab functions, with around 250 colleagues in its Tech Centre and over 200 in its Store Support Centre.
