About the role: As a Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role at the heart of the dealership - acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team. This is far more than just booking in vehicles; it's about building strong, lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
• Keep customers informed throughout the process, managing expectations at every stage
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they've received

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
• Ability to build relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service

Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential - we'll support the right person with full training and development.
