This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday-Friday, no weekends) offering a £31,095 basic salary, excellent company benefits, and access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.

• Supervising the daily operation of the Parts Department
• Driving departmental performance and profitability
• Managing stock levels, inventory control, and resource utilisation
• Supporting and developing Parts Advisors through coaching and leadership
• Ensuring excellent service for retail, trade, and internal customers
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, efficiency, and compliance
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
• Supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and business targets
