We're looking for an Experienced Front of House Team Member to join our crew and help make every visit one to remember.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door
• Take orders, serve drinks and deliver slick, friendly and memorable service
• Keep the energy high across the venue, whether we're packed for a big game, a birthday or a night of competitive games
• Anticipate what guests need and go the extra mile to make their experience special
• Get involved with our games, live sport and events, helping create the atmosphere Bat & Ball is known for
• Stay cool, positive and switched-on when the venue is buzzing
• Work closely with the whole team to keep service running smoothly
• Learn, develop and take on more responsibility as you grow with us
