The role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Sports Coach to join us in a dynamic and rewarding role, working alongside teachers to support pupils across a range of sports and abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, building positive relationships, and contributing to a structured yet energetic learning environment. In this role, you will play a key part in helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential, making a meaningful difference to their lives and the wider community.
As a Sports Coach you will work closely with teachers to support teaching and learning, providing targeted help to pupils and assisting staff in creating a positive and inclusive environment. Your role will help ensure all pupils can access learning and develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
You will contribute to maintaining a calm, focused learning environment and support effective behaviour management. Your patience, adaptability, and proactive approach will help ensure all pupils can achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.
Why join us?
- A diverse, hands-on role at the centre of a dynamic and busy school
- The opportunity to collaborate closely with staff and pupils across the wider school community
- A supportive team environment with a clear sense of shared purpose
- The chance to make a meaningful and visible contribution to the day-to-day operation of the school
