Role Overview

Stock Operatives are responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and responsible service within Underbelly's bars at St George's Skate

This is a busy public-facing role requiring excellent customer service, teamwork and the ability to maintain high standards during peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, stock and strike event spaces and bars.
• Accept and checking deliveries from suppliers across all sites.
• Moving stock into storage containers.
• Rotating stock in storerooms.

Person Specification

• Confident, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated.
• Good, clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to recognise potential health and safety issues before they arise.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent timekeeping skills.
• Positive and flexible approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in outdoor or semi-outdoor environments during winter.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and throughout the busy Christmas and New Year period as required.
