About Hyde Park Winter Wonderland

Underbelly operates a number of bars and market areas within Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, one of the UK's largest and busiest festive events.

Our bars form part of the wider Winter Wonderland experience and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced seasonal environment.

Underbelly is looking for enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our team for the festive season.

Role Overview

Bar Staff are responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and responsible service within Underbelly's bars at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.

This is a busy public-facing role requiring excellent customer service, teamwork and the ability to maintain high standards during peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, stock and strike event spaces and bars.
• Accept and checking deliveries from suppliers across all sites.
• Moving stock into storage containers.
• Rotating stock in storerooms.

Person Specification

• Confident, enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated.
• Good, clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to recognise potential health and safety issues before they arise.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent timekeeping skills.
• Positive and flexible approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team whilst also being able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in outdoor or semi-outdoor environments during winter.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and throughout the busy Christmas and New Year period as required.
