A place where users can go anywhere and get anything. Uber Advertising's platform brings together its mobility and delivery channels, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers throughout the entire marketing funnel - from awareness to purchase, loyalty, and advocacy among Uber users.
We are building out the next phase of Uber Advertising to step change the growth across core regions and enable merchants and brands to reach and convert a highly engaged, global user base across its Mobility and Delivery platforms.
Uber operates in the UK and Ireland with an accelerated growth trajectory and outlook. As Head of Uber Advertising Sales, UK & I, you are responsible for managing and growing a world-class sales and account management organization that will drive advertising revenue across Mobility & Delivery ads products to accelerate Uber's bottom line and topline growth. You will also be responsible for the strategic direction and scaling of Uber's UK & I Advertising Sales business, with a focus on hyper-growth.
To meet the needs of our ambitions, you will be required to grow and optimize the team's structure, attracting and retaining diverse talent in Ads Sales and Account Management. You will partner with regional and local leadership to align on business coverage, revenue targets and KPIs.
Based on a deep understanding of advertisers' needs, you'll drive revenue by demonstrating the value that our Ads platform will bring to advertisers. You will be responsible for building and growing C-Level advertising relationships with our advertisers and agencies. You'll also serve as the external and internal spokesperson for Uber Advertising in UK & I.
Working cross-functionally, you will help contribute to the product roadmap by articulating market-specific product needs across Uber Ads surfaces and formats, ensuring we build a best-in-class customer and advertiser experience. To be effective, you'll need to build close relationships and tight alignment with operations, sales, strategy, business development, product & engineering, finance, and legal.
This role will report to the Head of Sales for Uber Advertising EMEA.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves - we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
