We're looking for a Food Retail Assistant to join the team and help deliver exceptional service in one of London's leading health club brands. As a Food Retail Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the member experience.

You'll welcome members, prepare drinks and food items, recommend products and help create a friendly, energetic atmosphere within Natural Fitness Food. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day better.

You'll work closely with your team to ensure the highest standards of service, food safety and presentation are maintained at all times.

• Deliver a warm, friendly and personalised experience for every customer.
• Prepare and serve coffees, smoothies, shakes and other drinks.
• Help members discover products that support their health and fitness goals.
• Promote new products, offers and seasonal launches.
• Maintain excellent product presentation across displays, fridges and retail areas.
• Support stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Keep the workspace clean, organised and welcoming.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team culture.
• Act as an ambassador for both Natural Fitness Food and Third Space.

Working Hours

• 16 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday rota, primarily weekend availability required.
• Shifts between 6:00am and 9:30pm.
