As one of our Merchandisers, you'll lead the planning and trading of your department, ensuring stock levels are perfectly optimised to hit sales targets. Working closely with the Buyer, you won't just manage numbers-you'll strategically shape plans, drive performance, and help us scale for profitability.

• Category Leadership: Champion the commercial planning and trading strategy for your category.

• Stock Optimisation: Ensure inventory levels are perfectly balanced to maximise sales and protect margins.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Buying teams to unlock new commercial avenues and scale the business.
