Skills

The role

We're looking for an organised and collaborative Design Operations & Production Manager, with hands-on design experience, to join our Customer team and play a key role in helping our Brand & Creative function deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

You'll own the prioritisation, workflow and production rhythm across the Brand & Creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through to final delivery. Working closely with creative teams, stakeholders and external partners, you'll help create a faster, clearer and more effective production process while supporting the delivery of outstanding customer-facing content.

You will contribute to hands-on design, artwork creation, production and asset adaptation where capacity or business need requires, supporting the delivery of campaign, digital, social, CRM and in-store activity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Lead and support the Design & Production team, providing clear prioritisation, coaching and direction across campaign, production and creative delivery activity.

Use your hands-on experience to lead by example, rapidly developing and delivering ideas that drive impact.

· Manage workflow, capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects are prioritised effectively and delivered to agreed deadlines.

· Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring work is accurately briefed, tracked, quality checked and delivered to a high standard.

· Coordinate production activity across online, social, CRM, print, campaign and in-store channels.

· Manage relationships with suppliers, production partners and external providers to ensure quality, value and timely delivery.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce efficiencies and embed new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

· Experience managing creative production, studio workflow, design operations or project delivery across multiple campaigns and channels.

· Strong organisational, prioritisation and workflow management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

· Experience leading, coaching or coordinating creative, production or design teams.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

· A good understanding of production processes across digital, print, social, CRM and online channels.

· A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to simplify processes, improve ways of working and support positive change.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

· Discretionary Bonus - We love to share our success with you!

· Access to Stream, to support your financial wellbeing needs, giving you more control and flexibility with your pay.

· Hybrid Working! 3 days office and 2 days off-site.

· Access to our TPS Perks which offers you a variety of saving and discount options.

· Buy & Sell Holiday scheme and Life Assurance.

· 20% staff discount, as well as discounts at Superdrug and Three Mobile.

· Round the clock support from our partnership with RetailTrust.

· Cycle to work scheme for those who don't mind riding up the hills of High Wycombe.
