  • Leading and delivering digital transformation projects, ensuring effective stakeholder management and implementation.
  • Supporting data quality, governance, security and compliance across key platforms.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance integrations, automation and digital services.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Project management experience or a qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.
  • Proven delivery of multiple SaaS ERP implementations, ideally including Microsoft, cloud-based and trading systems.
  • Strong business analysis skills across systems such as websites, EPoS, CRM, ecommerce and data management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-specialist audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
