Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a Showroom Host to join our successful team on Leek Road.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our dealership, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits us.

• Creating a Positive First Impression: Welcoming all customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.

• Customer Support: Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service throughout their visit.

• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment.

• Reception Duties: Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Administrative Support: Assisting with showroom administration and ensuring customer information is handled accurately.

Location: Omoda & Jaecoo, Hanley

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30
