The role
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Salon Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting clients in a warm authentic way.
- Maintain an organised Front of House environment.
- Ensure salon stock levels are not running low - ordering when necessary.
- Taking clients bills and rebooking clients' appointments.
- Replying to and composing emails.
- Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.
- Opening and closing.
- Ensure waiting clients are taken care of and offer refreshments
How you'll work
Schedule: 40 hours per week, this will include a Saturday.
