Multi Skilled Operative - Crown Farm Sand and Gravel Quarry, Northwich

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Crown Farm Sand and Gravel Quarry, Northwich. If you have experience operating loading shovels in a quarry, aggregates, recycling or construction materials environment and take pride in maintaining high safety and operational standards, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you'll play a key role in producing and supplying quality aggregate materials while maintaining the highest standards of safety, housekeeping and operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating loading shovels
• Handling aggregates and loading HGVs
• Carrying out weighbridge duties
• Supporting static plant operations and optimisation activities
• Completing routine plant inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across site
• Supporting production targets and plant availability
• Working collaboratively to ensure quality products and on-time customer deliveries
• Promoting and maintaining a culture of zero harm and behavioural safety

Contract: Permanent

Pay frequency: Annual

Knowledge of the quarrying industry would be advantageous.

Crown Farm Quarry is conveniently located for candidates living in Northwich, Winsford, Middlewich, Rudheath, Barnton, Frodsham, Chester, Crewe, Sandbach, Congleton and surrounding areas.
