What we're looking for

A naturally organised, people-focused and with an eye for detail, you’ll have the drive and confidence to make a real impact at Fairfax Meadow:

A positive, self-motivated attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Strong communication skills and confidence to communicate professionally at all levels.
Ability to motivate team members, stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.

The role

Join us as Warehouse Supervisor and help to maintain the smooth running of the dispatch process.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your leadership and organisational skills will be key to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and motivate the team, and help drive standards across the warehouse. You’ll also play an important role in developing your team’s skills and knowledge, creating a positive working environment and ensuring we deliver against our targets.

How you'll work

Location: Derby

Working Hours: 14:00 - 23:00 working any 5 from 7 days.
