Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in social care, looking to progress into a management role?
We are recruiting an Assistant Team Manager to work in two of our Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities, Rodney House and Langdown. You will need to be able to drive to and from both services; it is around 3 miles distance between the two homes.

Service Delivery provides direct care to individuals living in their own homes and in-house residential establishments across the county. The service is registered with the Quality Care Commission (CQC) and works in accordance with good practice guidance and standards.
As Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager to deliver a frontline, person-centred care service, seven days a week, 24 hours a day including bank holidays and evenings. This includes weekend shifts and on-call duties.
You will work with the Team Manager to ensure that high-quality care is delivered in accordance with Care Quality Commission standards and current legislation. You’ll also assist the Team Manager with all operational human resource issues, ensure staff in the team undertake essential training for their role, ensure that people receiving services have up to date assessments and that their needs are met in accordance with their individual support plan, and systematically review the quality of care provided in the residential home.
