Talent Acquisition Advisor

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us find and attract great people across Sunbelt Rentals UK.

You'll work closely with Hiring Managers, combining proactive sourcing, recruitment expertise and data insights to deliver the right talent for our business.

Your role will include:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively sourcing and pipelining talent across a broad range of roles.
• Using Eploy, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to find and engage candidates.
• Creating targeted campaigns for key and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Using recruitment data to continually improve quality, time, cost and experience.
• Advising managers on sourcing, selection and recruitment best practice.
• Working across the wider People Team to create a smooth candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
