  • Support Partners and senior leaders in delivering high-quality projects - taking responsibility from day one.

  • Participate in wider activities - such as careers events, work experience programmes, and other business initiatives.

  • Develop practical skills across a broad range of projects - fast-tracking your career toward RICS chartership.

Why Join Us?

We know you want more than just a job - you want purpose, growth, and the chance to make a real impact. That's why, at Stace, you'll benefit from:

  • Real responsibility from day one - work across a wide range of projects, from high-profile developments to exciting local schemes.

  • Mentorship from experienced surveyors - learn from leaders in the field and receive personalised guidance on your career path.

  • Clear career progression - we invest in your growth and support your journey to Chartered status.

  • Make a difference in a collaborative culture - contribute to sustainability, ethical practice, and community initiatives while growing professionally.

Who You Are

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn - ready to build your skills across all areas of Building Surveying and property consultancy.

  • Confident and responsible - able to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

  • Experience or ambition - ideally you'll have experience in building surveying or a related field, but recent graduates are also very welcome to apply.
