Sales Operations Specialist – German Experience

The Job

As the Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end order management process from order receipt through to delivery and after-sales support.
• Processing and maintaining sales orders through SAP and EDI systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing and quantities.
• Acting as the primary contact for retailer and customer operational queries.
• Managing back orders, allocations and delivery schedules across multiple European markets.
• Coordinating closely with commercial, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Creating and managing outbound deliveries within SAP and liaising with warehouse partners.
• Investigating and resolving delivery issues, claims, disputes and inventory discrepancies.
• Supporting inventory management activities, including aged stock and obsolescence reviews.
• Producing regular operational reports and communicating key updates to stakeholders.
• Identifying process improvements to optimise ordering, fulfilment and customer service activities.

You

• Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong SAP experience, ideally within a global or multinational business environment.
• Experience managing sales orders, fulfilment, inventory and operational processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• German language skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Process-driven with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
