Contract – Paid Social Manager – Outside IR35

Paid Social Account Manager - Client Side | Healthcare/Pharma | 3 Month Contract

An exciting client-side business within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is looking for an experienced Paid Social Account Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.

The role will focus on managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across the German market, working closely with internal teams to drive performance and deliver against business objectives.

The Job

• Hands-on campaign activation, management and optimisation across Paid Social platforms, primarily Meta and other relevant channels.

• Manage Paid Social campaigns targeting German-speaking markets.

• Support campaign planning, strategy and execution to drive performance.

• Monitor budgets, optimise campaigns and ensure delivery against key KPIs.

• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting.

• Hybrid working with just 1 day per week in the London office.

You

• Proven experience in Paid Social campaign management and optimisation.

• Open to candidates from both agency and client-side backgrounds.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other Paid Social platforms.

• Experience managing campaigns across European or international markets is advantageous.

• German language skills are highly desirable but not essential.

• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries would be a bonus.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
