Salesforce Programme Manager | 12-Month Contract | Outside IR35

I'm currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme for a well-established organisation.

Birmingham - 3 days per week on-site
£500 per day MAX
Outside IR35
12-month contract (could go up to 2 years)

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of a complex Salesforce programme, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring successful delivery across business and technology teams.

Key experience:

• Strong track record delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes
• Programme leadership across complex transformation environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership and third-party suppliers
• Strong governance, RAID and dependency management
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams
• Ability to drive programmes from planning through to successful implementation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous Salesforce transformation, implementation or migration experience is essential
• Utilities / Energy sector experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential
