Major Loss AdjusterThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Major & Complex Loss team as a Major Loss Adjuster. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-value commercial property claims from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients and their customers. You'll take ownership of complex cases involving material damage and business interruption, applying your expertise to investigate and resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively.
As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with desk-based Adjusting Executives and other specialists to meet client service level agreements and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively will be key to promoting customer satisfaction throughout the claims process. This role demands a proactive, conscientious approach, with flexibility to adapt during surge periods and the confidence to manage your own caseload independently.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in handling major and complex loss claims, strong IT skills, and ideally ACII or ACILA qualifications. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, company car or allowance, generous benefits including healthcare and pension schemes, and the chance to work with a market-leading team that values expertise and customer focus.
At Sedgwick, you won't just build your career; you'll cultivate a team of experts. Our Sedgwick University offering empowers you to excel as well as your team members, with the most comprehensive training program in the industry which includes more than 15,000 courses on demand, training specific to roles, and opportunities to continue formal education.
