Director of E-Commerce

We're looking for someone who is commercially sharp, customer-obsessed and pragmatic — a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships and combines strategic thinking with a relentless focus on delivery. Above all, you'll bring a passion for digital innovation and a deep understanding of customer behaviour, helping Screwfix continue to set the standard for convenience, service and digital excellence in the trade sector.

Recruitment Process

We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we’ll invite you for a call or Teams video for an informal chat about the role, and to see if we’re a good fit for you.

From there you can expect a comprehensive process, with regular contact from the Head of Talent Acquisition who is always available for any queries you may have.

Please note, this is not a remote role, and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Head Office in a hybrid way, in Yeovil.
