Role Overview

We are currently looking for a New Bank Rec & Control Assistant to join our Manchester Office. The role of the Reconciliation and Control Assistant requires problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent attention to detail around Risk and Control. The team manage circa 200 mid-month and month end bank reconciliations, including our main Lloyds account reconciliation using Aurum tool, and process daily requests via a workflow software to maintain supplier bank details, assist in the process of tenant refunds, movement of cash, management of daily float and manage the opening/closing of bank accounts as well as maintain user access. Part of the team tasks are to work with problem owners of unreconciled bank transactions to resolve and reconcile

Team Overview
Working within our Manchester office, you will be part of a fast-paced team of seven, responsible for delivering client account reconciliations to strict deadlines and processing rent and service charge refunds through our property management systems. The team works closely with Property Managers and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate and efficient management of client funds.
