The role

As a Category Engineering Planner, you'll work closely with Engineering and Operations teams across both Saladworks and Kettleby Foods. As Category Engineering Planner, you will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination and continuous improvement of engineering maintenance activities across both sites. You'll ensure the integrity and optimisation of the CMMS system, support preventative maintenance planning, analyse engineering performance data and play a key role in audit readiness and compliance activities.

What you'll do

  • Manage and develop the CMMS system across both sites, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Plan and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring parts, resources and service requirements are in place ahead of scheduled downtime.
  • Review and optimise maintenance schedules and activities to improve equipment effectiveness and eliminate non-value-added work.

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly engineering KPI reports, providing clear and actionable insights.
