The role
Are you passionate about helping partners build the skills, confidence and capability they need to perform at their best?
We’re looking for a Partner Enablement Program Manager to develop and deliver strategic enablement programmes that improve partner effectiveness, productivity and engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Enablement, you’ll work closely with partner leaders, regional teams and colleagues across Sage to create meaningful enablement experiences, from onboarding new partners through to continuous development and excellence.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, learning and business priorities together, and who can turn enablement strategies into practical programmes that deliver measurable results.
This is a hybrid role based in Newcastle, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
What you'll do
• Develop and deliver strategic partner enablement programmes aligned to regional priorities and business objectives.
• Work with partner leadership and enablement teams to strengthen partner onboarding, development and ongoing effectiveness.
• Help develop the Partner Enablement blueprint, creating a clear journey from onboarding through to excellence.
• Lead partner coaching and performance initiatives aligned with the wider Partner Enablement strategy.
• Partner with Learning Services to develop skills and process-based enablement that meets regional needs.
• Manage multiple strategic enablement programmes, ensuring they support partner goals and required competencies.
• Develop onboarding skills and processes that help new partners become effective and differentiate themselves throughout the sales process.
• Review partner enablement content and resources to ensure they support a culture of coaching, continuous improvement and innovation.
• Deliver skills sessions and ongoing coaching for Partner Leaders, helping them make effective use of available tools and reports.
• Measure the impact of enablement activities, identify performance gaps and address them through targeted coaching and development.
• Report on enablement outcomes and performance improvements to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Sage to define, agree and document detailed regional enablement plans.
You’ll be someone who can balance strategy with delivery and is comfortable working across different teams and regions. You’ll be able to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage multiple programmes and translate business needs into effective partner development initiatives.
You’ll bring:
• Experience developing and delivering enablement, learning, coaching or capability-building programmes.
• Strong programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
• The ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, partner leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing or delivering coaching and skills-based learning initiatives.
• A strong understanding of how onboarding and continuous development can improve partner effectiveness.
• The ability to measure programme effectiveness, identify performance gaps and use insights to shape future activity.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to deliver sessions and engage senior stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering clear business and partner outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how partners are supported throughout their journey with Sage, from their first onboarding experience through to ongoing development and excellence. Your work will directly influence how effectively partners engage, develop their capabilities and deliver against shared business goals.
