We're looking for a Global People Services Specialist to join our growing Global People Services team and play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across Sage.

In this role, you'll work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers and colleagues across the People function, supporting high-volume recruitment activity and ensuring candidates have a positive experience from application through to their first day. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where no two days are the same, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment and onboarding operations, including:

• Supporting the design and implementation of operational delivery models for high-volume recruitment activity.

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating effectively with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers.

• Managing pre-employment screening and background checks in line with regional legal requirements.

• Maintaining accurate vacancy and candidate information across our people systems.

• Partnering with Digital Services teams to ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date.

• Working alongside Global Mobility teams to provide a seamless experience for international hires and transfers.

• Supporting candidates throughout the onboarding journey and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Processing employee referral rewards and ensuring appropriate payroll administration.

• Advising managers on onboarding processes and responding to requests through ServiceNow.

• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes while delivering excellent service.
