The role
Help shape a newly created People Advisory team at one of the UK's leading cultural organisations.
We're looking for an experienced people professional to lead employee relations, manager support and people advisory services across the Royal Shakespeare Company.

- Leading the people aspects of organisational change, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE activity.
- Using insight from casework, employee feedback and people data to improve policy, practice and organisational learning.
- Building positive relationships with trade unions, employee networks and key stakeholders.
