Requirements

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field
Demonstrable experience teaching Nutrition topics in a UK higher education setting
Excellent communication and digital teaching skills
Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery
Commitment to inclusivity and student centred learning

Nice to have

Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
PhD in Nutrition or equivalent industry experience
Fellowship of Advance HE (or eligibility)
Experience with Nutrition research, enterprise activity, or professional networks

The role

Job Opportunity: Associate Lecturer in Nutrition

What you'll do

In this role, you'll deliver dynamic Nutrition focused teaching both in person, empowering students to thrive academically and professionally.

Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications
Updating and maintaining engaging digital learning content via VLE and MS Teams
Supporting student assessment and providing timely, constructive feedback
Advising students on academic and pastoral matters, referring where appropriate
Participating in moderation, standardisation, and academic quality assurance
Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement of the student experience

How you'll work

London (Location: Central London Campuses: Holborn and Fitzrovia) | Part time | Competitive in line with market rates.

Working Hours & Flexibility

Schedule may include daytime, evenings and weekends hours around your availability
Must be flexible to travel to our Central London Campuses: Holborn and Fitzrovia.
