The role
Reporting to: CEO OfficeOverall PurposeThe RTX Business Manager (UK) will lead the candidate lifecycle for the Regent Talent Exchange programme, with primary responsibility for recruitment, selection, placement, and visa compliance. The role ensures high-quality candidate outcomes and successful placements, while maintaining full compliance with US immigration requirements. This position requires strong operational leadership and close collaboration with US counterparts to ensure global alignment and programme excellence.Key Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Manage outreach, screening, interviews, and selection processes
- Ensure candidate quality, readiness, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Lead matching between candidates and host companies
- Ensure alignment between candidate goals and opportunities
- Oversee onboarding and pre-departure processes
- Monitor progress and resolve issues
- Act as main point of contact for candidates
- Ensure a high-quality participant experience
- Address challenges proactively
- Work with US teams to align pipelines
- Ensure smooth candidate handover
- Share insights to improve outcomes
- Track recruitment and placement KPIs
- Produce reports for leadership
- Drive continuous improvement
