The London Borough of Redbridge is delivering an ambitious programme of organisational transformation to create a modern, high-performing and inclusive council. We are looking for an Organisational Development Lead to help drive culture change, leadership development, workforce modernisation and organisational effectiveness across the Council.

Working within the People & Culture Directorate, you will partner with leaders and managers to deliver innovative organisational development initiatives focused on leadership and talent development, workforce planning, organisational design, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
