The role

JOIN OUR TEAM - SEASONAL FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER

What you'll do

What you'll be doing...

Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and making them feel at home.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and ensuring guests receive great service.
Serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards.
Setting up, clearing and resetting tables to keep the restaurant and service areas looking their best.
Preparing and serving drinks, including basic barista duties.
Keeping service areas clean, tidy and well stocked.
Following food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
Supporting colleagues across the restaurant, bar and kitchen to deliver a fantastic guest experience.

Every day will be different, and you'll play an important part in making our guests' stays and dining experiences memorable, especially during our busiest periods!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
A willingness to learn and get stuck in.
Good communication skills and confidence when interacting with guests.
A team-player mentality, always happy to support colleagues.
Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and busy seasonal periods.
Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is essential.
