Quilter is strengthening how organisational change is led, adopted and sustained. As Culture and Change Partner, you will turn Quilter's culture and change priorities into practical interventions that help leaders, managers and colleagues adopt new behaviours and ways of working.

Working closely with the Culture and Change Lead, you will support enterprise priorities and transformation programmes, bringing together change management, culture development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation and insight. You will help ensure that change is understood, locally relevant and embedded in day-to-day work.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact work across culture, leadership, manager capability, AI-enabled transformation and organisational change. You will play a key role in helping leaders, managers and colleagues understand, embrace and sustain new behaviours, working practices and opportunities for innovation. You will combine structured change practice with curiosity, judgement and strong relationships to accelerate adoption and realise business value from transformation initiatives.

Your key areas of focus will include:

Deliver change and adoption

  • Partner with sponsors, leaders and programme teams to translate strategic and transformation priorities into proportionate change and adoption plans.
  • Assess impacts, stakeholder needs, adoption barriers and readiness, using the insight to target support where it will create the greatest value.
  • Coordinate and deliver engagement, communication, enablement and reinforcement activity, helping leaders and managers make change meaningful for their teams.

Embed culture and new ways of working

  • Support the design, refresh and delivery of leadership and manager interventions that strengthen the behaviours needed to lead people and change effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions and team interventions that turn insight into practical commitments and action.
  • Create simple resources and guidance that help leaders and managers reinforce change, performance, feedback and collaboration in everyday work.

Accelerate AI adoption and future ways of working

  • Work to support the successful adoption of AI-enabled tools, workflows and ways of working.
  • Design and deliver interventions that help leaders, managers and colleagues understand how AI can create value in their role and team.
  • Identify behavioural, cultural and organisational barriers to adoption and develop targeted actions to improve confidence, experimentation and sustained use.
  • Support the development of AI communities, change networks, champions and local advocates that accelerate adoption across Quilter.
  • Gather insight on adoption, sentiment and barriers, using data and colleague feedback to inform future interventions.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture that embraces innovation, continuous learning and responsible use of AI.
  • Support enterprise programmes that reshape how work is performed through human and AI collaboration.

Build change capability and use insight

  • Develop and embed practical, scalable change tools and guidance that strengthen consistent practice without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Build change capability in leaders, managers, people teams and programme colleagues through coaching, facilitation and practical support.
  • Build manager and leader capability to sponsor, role model and embed adoption of AI-enabled ways of working within their teams.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insight to track readiness, engagement, adoption and sustainment, identifying where approaches need to adapt.
  • Capture lessons and share effective practice to improve Quilter's organisational capability for change.

About You

You are an experienced change practitioner who can turn strategic intent into practical action. You understand that successful change requires more than plans and communications: it depends on leadership, culture, capability, colleague experience and sustained adoption.

You combine structured thinking with hands-on delivery. You can diagnose what is getting in the way, choose a proportionate approach and bring people with you through strong relationships, credible challenge and engaging facilitation. You are comfortable moving between enterprise programmes and team-level interventions, while keeping sight of the outcomes the change is intended to achieve.

You will be energised by the opportunity to build Quilter's change capability, shape interventions across a varied portfolio and make a visible difference to how colleagues experience and adopt change.

Skills and experience

  • Strong experience delivering organisational change, culture, adoption or organisational effectiveness initiatives in a complex organisation.
  • Practical expertise in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, enablement and sustainment.
  • Experience translating strategy and programme outcomes into clear, proportionate change plans and interventions.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching capability, with experience working with leaders, managers and teams to create commitment and action.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly, influence without direct authority and constructively challenge senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using data, feedback and colleague insight to assess adoption, identify barriers and improve outcomes.
  • Ability to manage several priorities and work flexibly across enterprise programmes and targeted interventions.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, AI transformation, digital workplace change or large-scale behavioural change initiatives, with evidence of increasing engagement, adoption or business value.
  • A recognised change management qualification is desirable, although practical evidence of effective delivery is more important.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is desirable.
