Job Overview:

Responsible for leading the Bar team, you'll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience working within hospitality
• People management experience
• Have worked behind a bar
• Up to date with food & beverages trends & best practice
• Knowledge of wines & spirits
