The role

What you'll do

As a Shift Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and every order leaves the kitchen to HHC standards.

You'll:

Lead, motivate and coach the team during service
Deliver brilliant guest experiences every day
Drive pace, energy and operational excellence across the restaurant
Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness and safety standards
Support training and development of team members
Help achieve sales, labour and profitability targets
Take responsibility for handling guest feedback and resolving issues
Support the management team in creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

What we're looking for
