The role
At PAUL UK, every product tells a story of craftsmanship and care. As part of our Production team, you'll help create the fresh viennoiseries, sandwiches and salads our customers love.
What you'll do
- Crafting fresh, delicious products - you'll prepare and serve a range of PAUL favourites, always maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Creating exceptional customer experiences - whether you're assembling sandwiches or baking croissants.
- Being a supportive teammate - you'll work closely with colleagues, helping wherever needed and contributing to a positive, productive atmosphere.
- Following our production and safety standards - you'll uphold our food safety practices and production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item prepared.
- Getting stuck in where it counts - from daily tasks to occasional extras, you'll follow management guidance and help keep the shop running smoothly.
